Liable Joinder Parties [002]
All parties listed on a STATE issued BIRTH CERTIFICATE are liable joinder parties. Those parties being: THE STATE OF LOUISIANA [or whatever your STATE is], the GOVERNOR, the STATE REGISTRAR. Review FEDERAL RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE - RULE 19 and your states documents regarding "JOINDER OF PARTIES". When the ENS LEGIS is listed as a DEFENDANT then the liable joinders must be listed for just ajudication.
